JEFF & VIOLA CASHMORE
Jeff Cashmore is a lifelong resident of Sarasota, Florida, where he has spent his entire life. After attending Sarasota High School, he embarked on his educational journey at Manatee Community College, where he honed his skills in Computer Programming and Data Processing
Throughout his early career, Jeff gained invaluable experience by working in his father’s multifaceted business, which included ventures in land development, residential construction, and commercial construction. Jeff married the love of his life, Viola Scott, in 1972 forming a strong foundation for his personal and professional life.
In 1993 Jeff transitioned into the world of real estate, joining the esteemed Harry E. Robbins Assoc., Inc. During his remarkable three-decade tenure with company, he established himself as a reliable and dedicated professional, always putting his clients’ needs first.
In June of 2023, Jeff made and exciting move to join his Broker and friend at his new firm Loyd Robbins & Co., where he eagerly anticipates continuing to serve the real estate needs of his clients with the same passion and commitment that have defined his career. With deep roots in Sarasota and a wealth of experience, Jeff is well-equipped to help clients find and fulfill their dreams and investments in residential and commercial properties and navigate the dynamic real estate market in his beloved hometown and surrounding areas.
VIOLA CASHMORE
Viola Cashmore, a proud native of sunny Sarasota, Florida, has dedicated her life to her family, her community, and her career. Born and raised in this beautiful coastal city, Viola’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable.
Viola’s educational journey took root at Sarasota High School, where she graduated with flying colors. A strong educational foundation served as a stepping stone for the path she’d carve for herself. With a passion for knowledge and a desire to make a difference, she embarked on a career in education.
For over a decade, Viola served as a dedicated teacher at the prestigious Julie Rohr Academy, where she touched the lives of countless students. Her commitment to providing quality education was evident in her everyday interactions with her students, and her impact is felt to this day.
In 2002, a new chapter in Viola’s life unfolded when she joined her husband in the world of real estate. Her journey began during a challenging period in the housing market, with the housing downturn of 2006. In the face of adversity, Viola’s unwavering dedication, resourcefulness, and innate ability to connect with people led her to specialize in negotiating short sales and foreclosures. Her expertise and commitment helped many families navigate the complex and often daunting world of real estate during this tumultuous time
Viola’s commitment to her community extends beyond her career. She is an active member of Abundant Life Church, where she selflessly volunteers in the nursery and participates in various events throughout the year. Her dedication to her faith and her community demonstrates the true essence of her character.
As a loving mother of two children and a proud grandmother of six grandchildren, family has always been at the core of Viola’s life. Her warmth and care extends to her loved ones and she takes great pride in seeing her family flourish.
